SEI SHIN KAN ASSISTANT STAFF MEMBERS
All 15 plus members of the Sei Shin Kan Instructional Staff are graduates of a grueling and intensive International Instructor Training Program (I.T.P.). Not mere Dan (black belt level) grades, all Sei Shin Kan Staff receive from Japan a Shidoin or Jokyo level diploma and license to instruct the Martial Arts.

The highly specialized knowledge covered in the Sei Shin Kan I.T.P. is reserved only for those following the original traditional Menkyo grading system. Such information and intimate details about the Martial Arts are not available in any form to those of the Dan or black belt ranking system. In fact, most Dan ranking practitioners are unaware of the Menkyo system and the highly technical information it provides.
Many Instructors from other schools in America, Canada, Japan and other countries have come to the Sei Shin Kan for Instructor training and certification. For more information about the I.T.P., please send us a request.
